About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Donor Information Associate 3. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the quality and efficiency of donor medical records handling, which has a significant impact on the organization's ability to deliver high-quality regenerative medicine solutions. You will work closely with external partners and utilize your medical knowledge to ensure donor eligibility and maintain accurate medical information systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in training and supporting team members while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 or more years of chart reviewing experience
  • 5 years of industry experience preferred
  • CTBS certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with digital chart software
  • Commitment to confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations for maximizing quality and cost efficiency as a subject matter expert
  • Utilize medical knowledge to determine donor eligibility
  • Work with external partners to obtain complete and accurate medical information
  • Analyze and organize confidential medical information systems with high accuracy
  • Manage donor medical records and databases for statistical reports
  • Perform quality reviews and assist in training other associates
  • Complete training as coordinator, first review, second review, and one other role
  • Ensure donor medical records are complete, accurate, and confidential
  • Locate, print, scan, and organize medical charts with high accuracy
  • Verify information within medical charts and assist with archiving records
  • Maintain the department inbox
  • Mentor less-experienced team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
