About The Position

The Spring is looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Donor Development Manager to help fuel our mission and expand our community of supporters.
The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
The Donor Development Manager leads fundraising efforts that support The Spring's mission and long-term sustainability. This role builds and stewards relationships with individual donors, major donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders while growing and diversifying revenue through strategic fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Non-profit Management, Communications, Marketing or 4+ years of directly transferable experience
• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising or donor development experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with donor databases/CRMs and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith and hold a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check. Any job offer will be based on the results of the background testing. A felony does not automatically exclude you from consideration.

• Experience with major gifts, corporate partnerships, and non-cash or planned giving preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline fundraiser, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual and major donors
• Plan and execute annual campaigns, appeals, events, and giving initiatives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorships, and planned giving
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and donor prospects
• Collaborate with leadership and the Community Engagement team on fundraising goals and donor engagement
• Represent The Spring at donor meetings, events, and community outreach opportunities
• Maintain accurate donor records and reporting in the CRM; monitor fundraising performance and outcomes
