About The Position

The Spring is looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Donor Development Coordinator to help fuel our mission and expand our community of supporters.
The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
The Donor Development Coordinator cultivates and manages corporate and church partnerships while securing in-kind donations that directly support program operations and community impact. This relationship-focused role builds strategic partnerships, aligns organizational needs with corporate social responsibility goals, and increases non-cash support, sponsorships, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in fundraising, partnerships, sales, or relationship management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CRM/database proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to sign a Statement of Faith
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and steward donor relationships
• Identify and solicit corporate and community partners
• Secure bulk or pro-bono donations
• Support fundraising strategy and sponsorships
• Track and acknowledge gifts
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate with accounting on gift processing
• Prepare performance and impact reports
• Represent the organization at events and meetings
