The Donor Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting all fundraising efforts, including donor relationships, end of year appeal, Spirit of Hope annual fundraising event, and special events. This position leads the agency’s constituent database (including volunteers, donors, elected officials, newsletter subscribers, and other relationships), training team members on database usage, maintaining accurate records, and producing detailed reports as needed. The coordinator will process all financial contributions, as well as lead all thanking activities, which includes tracking key metrics to inform donor stewardship strategies. The position is responsible for coordinating and tracking the private grant program and working alongside the agency’s grant writer and leadership to identify funding opportunities to write compelling and strategic requests. This will be a full time position at 37.5 hours per week.
