About The Position

Dream Centers of Michigan (DCOM) is seeking a relational, organized, and mission-driven Donor & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to help cultivate meaningful connections with those who support and serve our ministry. This role works closely with the Executive Director to ensure donors and volunteers feel valued, engaged, and connected to the life-changing impact of Dream Centers programs. The coordinator will assist with donor communications and appreciation, help plan fundraising campaigns and events, and recruit and support volunteers who serve in a variety of outreach initiatives. About Dream Centers of Michigan Dream Centers of Michigan exists to bring hope, practical help, and the love of Christ to individuals and families facing systemic challenges. Our programs focus on holistic transformation through community engagement, resource connection, and long-term support. If you’re passionate about connecting people to meaningful causes and creating engaging experiences for donors and volunteers, we’d love to hear from you. This role is full-time, non-exempt and requires membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in donor relations, fundraising, volunteer coordination, or event planning preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate donor acknowledgements, appreciation efforts, and engagement experiences
  • Support annual fundraising campaigns and donor events
  • Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers
  • Coordinate volunteer scheduling and placement with program teams
  • Assist with planning and logistics for fundraising events and campaigns
