Leads the intake and logistics of donation drives, including onsite leadership, donor interaction, and real-time coordination with Transportation. Ensures timely communication, load documentation, and post-event reporting to track total pounds and donor engagement. Assists with site analysis, setup, and post-construction turnover for new attended donation centers (ADCs). Manages delivery of fixtures, containers, technology, and supplies to operational readiness. Builds and executes the mobile unit program including route planning, staffing, marketing partnerships, and data collection. Serves as primary liaison for mobile scheduling and site partnerships (corporate campuses, municipalities, schools). Drives initiative strategy and alignment with ReSupply and other third-party donation partners. Monitors service performance, branding, and integration with Goodwill NCW’s donor experience standards. Serves as the first point of contact for community agencies, businesses, and estate donors for high-volume or recurring donation pickups. Coordinates with Transportation and Operations teams to ensure efficient acceptance and flow of goods. Acts as liaison with AI-based electronic donation counting vendors, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and actionable reporting for leadership. Translates raw data into donation trends and geographic opportunity insights. Leads reverse logistics planning and execution in partnership with JB Hunt and additional logistics solutions as needed. Oversees backhaul scheduling, overflow pickups, and redistribution of unsold or misrouted materials to ensure cost-efficient flow through all donation channels. Develops contingency logistics for remote ADCs, drives, or partner events outside standard transportation coverage. Monitors and lead transportation service needs for extended or high-volume community donation events. Coordinates staging, trailer swaps, staffing, and reporting across multiple days or sites. Serves as primary POC for partner organizations (municipalities, nonprofits, retailers, and universities) for event setup, scheduling, and logistics. Ensures partner expectations, branding, and operational standards are consistently met. Other duties as assigned.
