The Donation Program Manager will work directly with their supervisor to impactfully match our donation contribution with a nonprofit organization partner. This position requires great communication and organizational skills. The Program Manager will have opportunities to work with the Corporate Development team, Nonprofit Strategy, and Member Servies to ensure that all donations are moving efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, corporate partnerships, or related roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, with a track record of successful program implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for Good360’s mission and a commitment to social responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Good360 and key, high profile corporate donor partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor expectations.
  • Develop, implement and execute strategic account initiatives to enhance donor engagement and satisfaction, in collaboration with Corporate Development in accordance with donor objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and collaborate on potential new partnerships such as pilot programs and trial partnerships
  • Manage multiple workflow pillars within each account and ensure efficient operations, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
  • Foster and manage relationships between corporate donors and nonprofit recipients, ensuring mutual accountability and successful collaboration.
  • Coordinate timely communication and activities between corporate headquarters, site-level contacts, and nonprofit partners.
  • Oversee pilot programs, trial partnerships, and manage multiple workflow pillars within each account, including:
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure efficient logistical processes for the distribution of donated goods, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative initiatives that align with donor objectives and Good360’s mission.
  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on program status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to internal teams and corporate partners, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess program effectiveness and financial viability to inform strategic decisions.
