About The Position

Description of Responsibilities : Great customer service skills . This is a Lead position whose primary duties include overseeing the Donation Door area in its entirety, including operating a forklift as well as assisting Donation Door Attendants with the receipt, recording, sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Other duties included but not limited to: processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or its equivalent
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • some past experience in retail and/or stock handling
  • Must have ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other equipment
  • effective communication both written and verbal
  • Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time
  • see and recognize colors
  • Knowledge of basic math skills
  • lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds
  • M ay have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate

Nice To Haves
