Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development. Description of Responsibilities : Great customer service skills . Primary duties include the receipt, recording, sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. This is a front line position representing Goodwill Industries to the public. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Other duties included but not limited to: processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisors.

Requirements

High School graduate or its equivalent preferred
Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
Must have sufficient mobility
Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time
See and recognize colors
Knowledge of basic math skills
Lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds
May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate
