About The Position

This is a part-time, weekend-focused position, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts Monday–Friday based on availability. We’re looking for dependable team members that are ready to work in a hands-on, active environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable building relationships with team members, leadership, and donors
• Able to maintain accurate records and communicate updates effectively
• Self-motivated and aligned with company values and mission

Responsibilities

• Receive donated clothing, shoes, and household items through the drive-thru at our Fixed Donation Center
• Greet and engage with donors, sharing how their donations support our community, partners, and the environment
• Work closely with truck drivers and team members to organize and process donations in both indoor and outdoor settings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation center in line with company standards
• Safely load and unload donations from donor vehicles and box trucks
• Work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Load and unload carts and materials
• Inspect, sort, and prepare donated items for recycling
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
