This is a part-time, weekend-focused position, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts Monday–Friday based on availability. We’re looking for dependable team members that are ready to work in a hands-on, active environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to follow company policies and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
Comfortable building relationships with team members, leadership, and donors
Able to maintain accurate records and communicate updates effectively
Self-motivated and aligned with company values and mission

Responsibilities

Receive donated clothing, shoes, and household items through the drive-thru at our Fixed Donation Center
Greet and engage with donors, sharing how their donations support our community, partners, and the environment
Work closely with truck drivers and team members to organize and process donations in both indoor and outdoor settings
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation center in line with company standards
Safely load and unload donations from donor vehicles and box trucks
Work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
Load and unload carts and materials
Inspect, sort, and prepare donated items for recycling
Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
