About The Position

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Courier/Admin to provide for efficient operation of deliveries of mail, air and ground packages, supplies, etc., to the offside facilities occupied by the Center. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Strong computer and typing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Run files and deliverables between stores multiple times daily.
Assist File Clerk with filing and other organizational tasks.
Assist CFO with organizational tasks.
Assist others in Business Office with tasks, as needed.
Maintain strictest confidentiality and assist other staff as requested and perform other related work as needed.
Obtaining signatures from customers.
Attend meetings as assigned and reports on actions.
Distributing packages and documents throughout the organization.
Completing the log and reports.
