Enjoy working with dogs and people in a busy, upbeat environment? The Wags Club is a well-established cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility serving the Santa Monica and West L.A. community. Our front desk is the hub of daily operations — greeting clients, checking dogs in and out, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and professional, and who can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Our front desk gets especially busy during morning and evening check-in times, so the ability to stay organized and keep things moving is important. Pay $18–$20 per hour , depending on experience. Requirements

Prior customer service or front desk experience required
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Clear communication skills
Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes

Responsibilities

Greet clients and check dogs in and out accurately
Answer phones and respond to client questions
Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer
Explain our daycare, boarding, and grooming services to new clients
Communicate clearly with staff regarding feeding instructions, medications, and client notes
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with photo uploads and occasional social media updates
