About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate Dog Daycare and Boarding Attendant to join the team at our doggie daycare, boarding and grooming facility. Kennel Technician responsibilities include monitoring dogs in play groups while taking care of their needs and keeping their play areas clean. You will work closely with the entire staff to ensure the health and well-being of all of our pet clients. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dog Daycare and Boarding Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of animal care and handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment
• Physically able to stand on feet for 6+ hours and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Patience and a love for animals

• Working as a team with fellow staff members in a fun and hardworking culture
• Consistently and quickly exercising professional judgement
• Keen attention to detail when it comes to the health, safety and wellbeing of the dogs.
