About The Position

The Dodge Sales Operations & Governance Manager requires a self-motivated, energetic, result driven individual who is passionate about the Dodge brand and the automotive industry. This position will be primarily focused on leading Dodge supply chain planning and supporting Dodge Sales Operations leadership for governance meetings. In this role the individual will take the lead in several key areas including but not limited to the following: SCM Production, Mix Optimization & Order Allocation Planning: Lead coordination with SCM Demand Planning and Order Management for Dodge monthly S&D, Mix Risk & Order Allocation processes Identify opportunities to grow Dodge brand overall profitability; optimizing production and sales mix; Identify risks and opportunities to forecasts while providing options Cross functional coordination with Sales Operations & Product Nameplate managers Governance Support: Develop and manage major projects, presentations for Commercial Committee, Monthly Operating Review (MOR), National Dealer Council, Go to Market meetings and Dealer communications Schedule preparatory review meetings Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations Follow up on action items Provide strategic support by conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making and problem-solving The person who fills this position must collaborate and influence cross-functionally, across peer groups, and be passionate about finding ways to drive results for the Dodge brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brands, Marketing and/or Sales
  • Strong presentation and deck writing skills
  • Skilled at Excel and PowerPoint features
  • Effective organizational skills and proficient multitasking skills
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking, data interpretation, analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in business related field
  • 5+ years' sales and marketing experience
  • Ability to build an agenda and lead meetings in preparation of Governance committee meetings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguous and ever-changing project settings
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader project
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through structured thinking and quantitative analysis
  • Prior experience interacting with Sales / Business Centers, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Incentives and Marketing
  • Prior experience with internal Sales Operations systems such as SCM Kinaxis, IDR, BI Gateway, SIR & CINON
