About The Position

This role is based in Dallas, TX, Irvine, CA or Louisville, KY as we will need someone to come into the office from time to time. The DocuSign CLM+ Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Docusign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM+) solutions to support enterprise contract workflows. This role partners with legal, restaurant development, IT teams and vendors to automate contract processes, integrate CLM+ with upstream/downstream systems, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant contract solutions across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Docusign CLM+ configuration, administration and development.
  • Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal terms, and approval processes.
  • Experience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and identity management (SSO, SCIM).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • DocuSign CLM+ Administrator or Developer certification.
  • Experience integrating CLM+ with CRM or ERP platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • CLM Solution Development & Configuration Design, configure, and implement Docusign CLM+ workflows, templates, clauses, conditional logic, and approval routing.
  • Customize contract generation, negotiation, and execution processes to meet business and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain CLM+ agreement templates, clause libraries, metadata schemas, and document standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CLM+ configuration and performance issues.
  • Integration & Automation Build and support integrations between Docusign CLM+ and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle).
  • Leverage Docusign APIs, webhooks, and CLM+ connectors for automation and data exchange.
  • Support end-to-end contract automation from request intake through execution and archival.
  • Security, Compliance & Governance Implement access controls, user roles, and permission models in alignment with enterprise security standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
  • Support audit, reporting, and contract lifecycle visibility needs.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Franchisee & Legal, Restaurant Development, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM+ solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices on CLM+ capabilities and limitations.
  • Support UAT, training, and rollout activities for new CLM+ features.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement Serve as a CLM+ subject matter expert for enhancements, upgrades, and platform optimization.
  • Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes and improve user experience.
