Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $63,900.00 - $95,900.00 Purpose Statement: Responsible for managing the site documentation control process via the creation, development and distribution of documentation necessary to the production process.

Requirements

• Associate degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loading, formatting, verification and distribution of customer/internal data packages to ensure accuracy and commitment to performance of excellence of any product, any line and anytime.
• Prioritize in order to maintain department data flowing smoothly.
• Manage staff and oversee customer documentation to ensure that all discrepancies are communicated to CFT team members in order to ensure commitments are met.
• Provide leadership to ensure team members are following proper process and procedure; while keeping co-workers updated on changes to any process that may affect their job function.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
• Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
