Manage the loading, formatting, verification and distribution of customer/internal data packages to ensure accuracy and commitment to performance of excellence of any product, any line and anytime. Manage staff and oversee customer documentation to ensure that all discrepancies are communicated to CFT team members in order to ensure commitments are met. Provide leadership to ensure team members are following proper process and procedure; while keeping co-workers updated on changes to any process that may affect their job function. Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
