About The Position

Documentation Analyst Senior- Analysis Locations: The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated posting location(s): Tampa, FL & Miami, FL. Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Documentation Analyst Senior is responsible for researching and documenting more complex projects and work processes to ensure business continuity and consistency. How you will make an impact: Performs researches, extrapolates, compiles and validates data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems and processing issues; makes recommendations for process changes and works with management to obtain sign-off and to implement; develops and updates flows and end-user documentation based on research and system changes; facilitates issues meetings.

Requirements

  • Requires H.S. diploma
  • 3-5 years related experience, of which at least 2 should be in documentation
  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities
