We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Production team.

Requirements

  • Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
  • Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to work with databases and on-line technological platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain legal documents and records
  • Process, scan and copy documents as needed
  • Prepare legal documents and suit packages for shipping
  • Ensure the resolution of all exceptions as assigned
  • Enter all applicable information into the firm's case management system
