TEKsystems is currently hiring for document management specialists to support a financial services client in Fishers, IN. This role will support document control and accuracy for proper storage and shipment. Candidates with prior administrative and data entry experience are encouraged to apply. Description Sort incoming mail. Review documents for accuracy, update system with received information. Scan images and process for automated indexing. Sort and prepare documents for shipping. Create and manage reports. Filing and organizing stored documents. Assist with special projects, as needed.
