About The Position

We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to join a team in Washington, DC for a 3–4 month project. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with an energetic personality who is able to undertake a variety of support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to communicate effectively with Executives and the Human Resources team.

Requirements

  • Must have completed 2 years of college courses (Required)
  • Must have 3 years experience working with Microsoft Suite (Required)
  • Must have 2 or more years experience in HRIS administration/management
  • At minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Client Services role
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively independently with limited supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Review, format, and edit existing and new documents for accuracy
  • Migration of HRIS records to new HRIS platform
  • Work with the HR Team and Executives to create new policy documents and/or revise existing company policies
  • Other duties as assigned
