Our Insurance Services support middle- and back-office operations, financial reporting, compliance, and customer service transformation. We are hiring a Document Management Business Analyst (BA) who will play a critical role in supporting future Transformation & Transition (T&T) growth projects and ongoing BAU Document Management Savings and Efficiency initiatives . Key responsibilities include: Vendor Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between clients and outsourced inbound/outbound mail vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with service-level agreements. Client-Facing Role: Engaging directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues related to document management processes. Process Improvement: Driving efficiency and cost-saving projects within document management workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various BPS business areas to align document management strategies with broader organizational goals. Travel Requirements: Traveling within the U.S. to client sites and vendor locations as needed to support project implementation and relationship management. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process services
  • Experience in business process analysis and recommendations
  • Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster) a plus

Responsibilities
