About The Position

The Records Coordinator is responsible for the organization, maintenance and control of company records and documentation. This role ensures that all records are accurate, secure, and compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. The Records Coordinator collaborates with internal departments to support efficient record-keeping practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required (Liberal Arts or Business preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to two years of administrative experience demonstrating strong prioritization, multitasking, and independence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; advanced skill in MS Word is essential .
  • Ability to demonstrate required core competencies within three months of hire.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to manage workload in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation, distribution, filing, purging, and ongoing maintenance of Lektriever files.
  • Administer and maintain controlled documents with JKT DOC9000, including creating, updating, and archiving records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure records are stored securely and remain easily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain reliable backup storage through the Records Information Center (Iron Mountain).
  • Coordinate retrieval of records for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reviews through the Records Information Center.
  • Process specifications, Technical Reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Perform general record-keeping, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Support departmental initiatives related to document control and process improvement.
