Performs operational duties in support of certification, documentation; coordinating the verification, approval, and processing of document reviews and tracking document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency for status of ships systems to support construction schedules. Maintains a controlled technical documentation systems, record retention. Assures procedures requirements are in place to verify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements. Reviews documentation, reports, specifications to determine documentation meets the requirements. Ensure all documentation is present prior to certification, notifies appropriate departments or customers of any issues and resolves inconsistencies with documentation prior to testing.
