In the role of Document Control Specialist I, we'll count on you to: Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation Perform other duties as needed What We Believe HDR is our company. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (one or more): CDT, CBCS, CCS, MOS
  • Ability to interpret data and apply visuals
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems
  • Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
  • Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents
  • Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
  • Perform other duties as needed
