Overview The Document Control Assistant III will perform moderately complex Document Control activities related to all functions of the business to include but not limited to updating logs, databases, maintain files of engineering drawings, process documentation, reports specifications and all other documentation. Ensures documents meet the standards for production and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a business environment
  • Microsoft Office expierience is required
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

  • ERP experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Understand the core business processes involved in the various business systems and organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain communication across business units or between the project team and the organization
  • Update and maintain the Change Order database
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Support ERP System
  • Process Customer Specification Reviews
