The available schedule is M/W 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Primary responsibilities include ensuring documents reach proper destinations, scanning and distributing of mail, maintaining supplies, setting up conference rooms and assisting staff with reception coverage, various clerical and copy projects.
