The Document Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Global Regulatory Compliance team, helping to maintain regulatory data, documentation, and systems that support compliant product sales and business operations globally. Working under the guidance of senior regulatory team members, the role supports activities including collating regulatory documentation, supplier information management and packaging recovery scheme administration, and coordination of routine regulatory tasks across brands and regions. The position works closely with team members in the US and UK and plays an important part in ensuring regulatory information is accurate, well‑organized, and available to support global regulatory processes. This role provides exposure to global regulatory processes and systems, with opportunities to build foundational regulatory knowledge over time under the guidance of senior team members. Proposed Schedule: Approximately 27 hours per week, generally Monday–Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Schedule includes unpaid lunch breaks and allows for limited flexibility in start and end times based on business and team needs. What's in it for you?
