About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Document Administrator is responsible for all payments by customers and staff for vehicle deals and ROs while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Prepare deal jackets and ROs for scanning by organizing, sorting, and removing staples.
  • Ensure that all documents including checks, invoices, repair orders, and vehicle deals are scanned and that no backlog on scanning exists.
  • Scan various documents, not limited to but including work orders, services invoices, parts tickets and care deals.
  • Maintain the hard copies of numerically filed repair orders and warranty claim histories in file cabinets.
