Requirements

  • Valid DPT license (required)
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic intervention
  • Excellent evaluation and clinical decision-making skills
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred (new grads welcome!)
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, WebPT, Prediction Health, or similar platforms
  • Ability to supervise PTAs and Aides effectively
  • Strong communication and patient education skills

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required)—many of our patients are Spanish-speaking, and language skills are always appreciated!
  • Experience with manual therapy, trigger point techniques, or geriatric populations a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations
  • Create clear and effective plans of care while educating patients in a way that motivates and empowers them.
  • Oversee and collaborate with PTAs and Aides
  • Ensure exceptional quality of care through proper delegation, guidance, and supervision.
  • Perform hands-on treatment
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and appropriate modalities.
  • Develop individualized Home Exercise Programs (HEP)
  • Utilize WebPT Reach to build and modify HEPs that support long-term success.
  • Document all aspects of patient care
  • Complete evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries efficiently using our tech-forward systems.
  • Communicate effectively with the full clinical and front office team
  • Coordinate schedules, provide clear direction, and foster a smooth patient experience.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and positive outcomes
  • You’ll be the problem-solver, the educator, and the trusted guide throughout the rehab journey.
