Responsibilities

• Triage and care for vascular surgery patients.
• Teach Fellows, Residents, medical students, APPs and students thereof.
• Participate in medical education of residents as deemed necessary by the Residency Program Director and Chairman of Surgery.
• Manage and oversee operations, patient care, physician billing, quality assurance and performance improvement of vascular surgery patients.
• Interact with surgical and consulting physicians, outside departments, nursing and ancillary personnel to improve patient care.
• Teach residents, medical students, nursing and ancillary services the specialty of vascular surgery and quality standards of practice.
• Other duties as assigned by the chief/chairperson of the respective specialty.
