What you'll do: The Operations Assistant provides comprehensive clerical, administrative and operations support and attends to managers' requests in a timely and efficient manner. Your job will include: Perform standard administrative duties (e.g., answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.) and ensure that the office runs in a smooth and efficient manner. Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain current records of company policies and procedures. Write and distribute reports and business correspondence. Organize and maintain files and order office supplies. Create and edit required documents, presentations, files, spreadsheets, databases and financial reports. Coordinate travel for executives and managers. Research and implement company-sponsored activities. Support receptionists and other administrative staff as needed. Recommend operational improvements to managers. Work on ad hoc projects as requested.
