About The Position

Clyde & Co seeks a Docket Clerk with 3 - 5 years of docketing experience to support their east coast offices. As a Docket Clerk, you will play a critical role in tracking important legal and filing deadlines for designated clients and cases, managing and reviewing records, entering schedules and deadlines into the calendar, and generating reports detailing action times and due dates. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of docketing experience
  • Experience using CourtAlert and CourtLink
  • Experience using CompuLaw is required
  • A strong knowledge of court procedures, regulations and legal regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, with excellent time management skills to complete projects in a timely fashion
  • Possess the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain docket and calendar system for multiple legal teams
  • Generate and distribute weekly docket reports
  • Calendar deadlines for filings in docketing software
  • Review & save incoming filings from various sources
  • Assist paralegals with preparing documents for filing with various courts
  • Prepare and distribute calendar updates to attorneys and legal staff
  • Assist with mailing/scanning
  • Perform administrative duties as needed
