Reporting to the Dock & Door Operations Manager, the Dock & Door Service Technician role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting dock & door equipment based upon customer demands. Duties will include the installation and repair of Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Locks, Safety Gates and Truck Shelters. The D&D Service Technician must conduct all work in a safe and efficient manner, following all applicable safety regulations and company procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position must also promote service maintenance programs and the dealership in general, and provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.
