In this role, you’ll leverage your knowledge of multi-state DMV processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of out-of-state title work. This position plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of nationwide DMV/title and registration processes
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A sense of urgency and accountability in completing tasks
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and navigate complex processes
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify title paperwork for accuracy prior to DMV submission
- Prepare and process out-of-state title work in compliance with state-specific guidelines
- Coordinate delivery of DMV documentation to vendors or state agencies
- Manage correction requests by partnering with customers and internal teams to obtain required documentation
- Communicate with vendors and state DMVs to track and confirm status updates
- Follow up with internal partners on outstanding items needed for submission
- Coordinate shipment of license plates to customers
- Provide timely and consistent updates on work status
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed
