Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a service-oriented professional for a Customer Service Technician position at the Charlottesville Customer Service Center. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to learn, and is looking for a career with growth opportunities. The role involves handling various customer transactions, including communicating policies, procedures, and regulations; issuing IDs; processing applications; and administering vision, driver, and in-car road tests. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for processing vehicle registrations and titling, tax collection, and other DMV-related services. Training will be provided to ensure success.
