About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced DMV Clerk / Automotive Biller to join our luxury automotive dealership in Englewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing all vehicle registration, title, and billing documentation in compliance with New Jersey MVC regulations while delivering the highest level of accuracy and professionalism expected in a luxury retail environment. Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as a Title Clerk, Automotive Biller in an automotive dealership, or tag and title agency.
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures.
- Proficient with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of out-of-state titles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end billing of new and pre-owned vehicle transactions.
- Final review of deal jackets for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Manufacturer billing.
- Title, DMV, and contract documentation oversight.
- Ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz and state regulations.
