About The Position

Have you been working in a dealership office as a Biller, and thinking about a new position? Ready for a new environment? Location: Castle Volkswagen of Downers Grove As a Biller, you will process and reconcile billing transactions promptly and accurately. You'll process payoff checks for customer vehicles in a timely manner and follow-up with bank payoffs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to partner with accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are processed on time. We are looking for Automotive Billers, Billing Specialists, or Billing Clerks with CDK and CVR experience to join our team.

Requirements

At least three years of automotive billing experience is required
Knowledge of Tekion (preferred) and CVR
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
Strong organization & time management skills
Self-Motivated, Team player, with attention to detail
