Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Comfort working with multiple systems and learning new processes
• Ability to travel occasionally between our Gates and Brighton locations

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls related to sales, orders, and customer inquiries
• Gather customer and insurance information
• Support the Sales team by processing new orders and requests
• Enter sales orders into Brightree/Nymbl and maintain accurate records
• Verify insurance coverage and follow up on authorizations
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Billing, and Warehouse
• Assist Customer Service and front desk operations when needed
