About The Position
Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma- Tulsa, OK Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Essential Functions of Employment with DLO: Show up for work, on time & prepared each and every scheduled work day Perform all tasks and processes assigned to you including all tasks and processes you are fully qualified to perform and all tasks and processing that you may be over-qualified to perform Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout each and every scheduled work day & work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basis Perform testing in the areas of Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Serology in a reference lab environment.
Requirements
- AS degree in Medical Lab Technology or BS in Medical Laboratory Science.
- ASCP MLS/MLT certification or equivalent or be eligible for national MLS/MLT certification.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of standard laboratory processes and procedures.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must have a good understanding of laboratory quality assurance standards.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Good customer service skills are a must.
- May be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
- This position will have additional duties as assigned by the supervisor and DLO Leadership.
