Requirements

  • A proven sales leader with 5+ years of sales management experience across multiple locations/states
  • Experienced in in-home sales, home improvement, HVAC, solar, or related industries
  • Skilled at coaching consultative sales professionals
  • Metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable leading from the front - this role involves field presence
  • You bring energy, discipline, and a passion for helping teams WIN!

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales consultants
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and winning
  • Ride along in the field to mentor and sharpen closing skills
  • Own divisional sales targets and revenue growth
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
  • Develop tactical training plans to increase close rates and average deal size
  • Implement structured sales processes and best practices
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
  • Identify training opportunities and lead skill-building sessions
  • Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and customer experience
  • Forecast accurately and report on divisional performance
  • Expand territory reach and market penetration
