Responsibilities include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, and professional development. The role serves as a liaison between the division/college, central HR, and other departments to ensure consistency, compliance, and collaboration. The Director sets team goals, designs organizational structures, evaluates performance, delivers feedback, and establishes workforce strategies. This position reports directly or indirectly to the Executive Director of HR, or the College/Division Executive, depending on structure.
