About The Position

Ignite Medical Resorts is seeking a Divisional Clinical Performance Specialist to support its Illinois and Indiana locations. The Divisional Clinical Performance Specialist plays a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience, joining a compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Requirements

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license to practice as a Chief Nursing Officer (Director of Nursing) in the state of operation
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Must be knowledgeable of nursing & medical practices & procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies, and he/she must have working knowledge of government regulations impacting the skilled nursing industry

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of previous experience within the long-term care industry
