B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Division Quality Manager with experience managing document control systems. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
5–10 years of experience managing quality management systems, preferably within the construction industry.
Experience with internal document control and technical writing required.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining revision-controlled Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and handling complex updates to quality documents and GOM manuals.
Ability to develop divisional quality plans, administer training programs, and ensure all site-level personnel meet compliance and quality requirements.
Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Able to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
