B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Division Quality Manager with experience managing document control systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience managing quality management systems, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Experience with internal document control and technical writing required.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining revision-controlled Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and handling complex updates to quality documents and GOM manuals.
  • Ability to develop divisional quality plans, administer training programs, and ensure all site-level personnel meet compliance and quality requirements.
  • Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Able to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with related programs such as change management and corrective action and preventative action preferred.
