Position at Century Communities What You’ll Do: The Division President reports directly to the Regional President. The position has full profit and loss responsibility for the Division’s performance. The Division President is responsible for maximizing the Company’s performance in the market and ensuring consistent growth. This role will focus on Charlotte and potential growth into Raleigh and other North Carolina growth locations. Century Communities has an objective of being one of the top builders in the market; the Division President is responsible for building a solid team to achieve this objective. The position requires strong leadership skills in setting the strategic vision for the Division and strong management skills in enacting policies and procedures that ensure accountability.
