About The Position

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at California Baptist University invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track position in the Division of Psychology at any rank. The primary duties include teaching 24 units for the academic year, research/scholarship, and service to the community. The position will start August 2026.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology or a related field
  • Background in clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling
  • Active license (e.g., marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, psychology) in the state of California
  • Strong interest in and commitment to the integration of faith and learning is required

Nice To Haves

  • A doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, DMFT, PsyD) in marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a history of quality teaching, notable scholarship, and demonstrated relational skills.
