Position: Paynada is looking for passionate, purposeful, and highly motivated Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) who will contribute to the revenue growth of the organization by bringing in new business. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of RECENT business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 3 years of RECENT Merchant Processing industry experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting and interviewing team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Recruit Client Executives and Territory Managers in your territory/division
  • Train, develop, motivate and manage your direct reports.
  • Identify opportunities and prospective clients to increase revenue stream and build a book of business.
  • Maintain existing & prospective client records within CRM.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of company products and changes within the payment industry.
  • Assist direct reports with the sales cycle, closing deals, and installing equipment as requested.
  • Culture Champion for your team utilizing social media to recruit new team members and celebrate wins of your team.
  • Recommend both merchant services and technology to meet your client's needs
