We are seeking four (4) Division Leaders to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business growth across key divisions. These leaders will guide sales, project management, and engineering teams while taking full ownership of division performance, development, and results. These roles offer the opportunity to lead with purpose, make a meaningful impact, and grow alongside a market-leading business services organization focused on safety, innovation, and people. Open Division Leader Roles Power Generation Division Leader – Leads teams supporting customers in power generation environments where safety, reliability, and performance are critical. This division partners with customers operating complex energy systems and infrastructure Gigafactories & High-Tech Division Leader – Provides leadership across large-scale manufacturing and high-tech facilities. This division focuses on fast-paced, innovation driven environments requiring strong collaboration and forward-thinking solutions. Industrial Division Leader – Oversees a broad industrial-focused division serving customers across diverse industrial markets. This role balances operational excellence, customer relationships, and people development. Automotive & Metals Manufacturing Division Leader – Leads teams supporting automotive and metals manufacturing customers operating in highly regulated, performance-driven environments with complex operational needs. What You Will Do: As a Division Leader, you will: Set the strategic direction for your division in alignment with company goals Lead and support sales, project management, and engineering teams Own division performance, including financial results, growth, and execution Drive strong customer relationships and market expansion Create a safe, accountable, and high-performing culture Develop leaders and build strong teams through coaching and mentorship Use data, metrics, and insights to guide decisions and improve performance Represent your division with confidence across the organization This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on ownership and is ideal for a leader who enjoys building, growing, and leading with purpose.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience leading teams in technical, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or service-based environments
  • Strong understanding of financial management, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop people at multiple levels
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the fire protection or life safety industry is preferred, not required.
  • Leaders from adjacent industries are encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for your division in alignment with company goals
  • Lead and support sales, project management, and engineering teams
  • Own division performance, including financial results, growth, and execution
  • Drive strong customer relationships and market expansion
  • Create a safe, accountable, and high-performing culture
  • Develop leaders and build strong teams through coaching and mentorship
  • Use data, metrics, and insights to guide decisions and improve performance
  • Represent your division with confidence across the organization
  • Lead regular weekly and monthly project meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and accountability
  • Develop and deliver accurate annual and monthly forecasts to the Leadership Team
  • Facilitate monthly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to provide clear visibility into division financial performance
  • Lead monthly leadership meetings with key division people to review performance, priorities, and opportunities
  • Partner with key leaders to hire, develop, and support high-performing teams aligned to division and company goals
  • Build a strong culture of leadership by investing in people development through mentorship, feedback, and individual development conversations
  • Take full ownership of the division, operating it with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of accountability
  • Establish and monitor meaningful metrics and KPIs to evaluate division performance and drive continuous improvement

Benefits

  • This position will receive a salary and an annual bonus.
  • The bonus will be based on the performance of the division relative to the budget that was set.
  • In order to be eligible for a bonus each year, the budget must be based on actual forecasting and show a level of reasonable YOY growth agreed upon by the Leadership Team.
  • The base bonus amount will be a percentage of the salary with the ability to increase or decrease based on actual performance to budget.
