About The Position

The Division Finance Director (DFD) is responsible for directing the strategy, analysis, personnel, and financial activities at the Pacific division level. This role acts as a thought partner to the Regional Finance Senior Director, Division Director, and Business Unit (BU) Finance staff in decision-making and implementation. Due to growing demands across the North America Region and operational needs of the Pacific division, a dedicated DFD for the Pacific is being hired. The DFD provides broad oversight of Division-wide finances, including planning, reporting, and analysis of current division finance and operations activities. They are tasked with identifying gaps in alignment and efficiencies, and ensuring financial management standards and compliance requirements are met. The DFD represents the division in regional and organizational-wide initiatives, tailoring implementation for their division and effectively addressing challenging situations that could impact long-term financial or operational stability. While not managing BU Finances directly, the DFD will develop standards that influence BU-level processes within their divisions. Key responsibilities also include synthesizing financial information for senior leaders and developing creative financial strategies to allocate resources to critical work. The DFD serves as a subject matter expert and resource for BUs, ensuring alignment across the division. This position reports to the North America Region Senior Finance Director with a dotted line to the Pacific Division Director. The role is open to U.S.-based candidates, with a strong preference for those in Hawaii–Aleutian Daylight Time or Pacific Time zones. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong executive presence, a collaborative spirit, and experience in data management and financial planning, focusing on divisional financial strategy, creative problem-solving, and change management. The role offers cross-functional and cross-geographical visibility within the organization.
